Paul, I'm not sure where you live or were raised, but in the South, "sweet tea" is iced tea. My grandmother added cloves to her sweet tea and it was great. Someone earlier mentioned biscuits and tea for dessert, my grandmother baked homemade dinner rolls that I used to dunk in her sweet tea. That's something I really miss.
