This morning while I was waiting in the Doctor's office, they had the TV on the Inspirational TV Channel. An episode of Bonanza came on, and the special guest star was none other than Wayne Newton. He got to sing some. But playing his father was Mayberry's own cow thief, Luke Jensen. Luke was a farmer who wanted Wayne Newton to be a farmer instead of a singer. At least he did not tell his boy to go steal cows with shoes on their feet.
