  Thanks for all the responses. They make me understand the question deeper.

  After buying the router, I just put it between my PCs and cable-modem, it
works
immediately. I did not do any design/configuration for the router.

  I have even not found the router configuration data in my PC.

  After knowing the route public address and PC private address, how to make
the
PC reachable for outer PCs?
