Here's what I say to people who are thinking about changing their newsletter or starting one up: "Is the content worth keeping?"

If the content is worth keeping, so that people would find it useful in future, then send a message that gives them an outline and its URL. Keep the content in a database on your site. If your site has a contents list, then you might be visited through search engines.

If the content is not worth keeping, then just send a straight email with the information within it. No attachments.

Regards,
David
