Disagree. "From little business cards to huge highway road signs" is not an
independent clause (where's the verb?), therefore a semi-colon is
inappropriate. In fact, the comma used is perfectly correct. I think that I
would reverse the structure, though, to have

 "We have faced many scenarios and many print dimensions, from little
business cards to huge highway road signs."

Personally, I think I would prefer "experience with" or "experience in" over
"faced," thus

 "We have experience in many scenarios and many print dimensions, from
little business cards to huge highway road signs."
