Does GoDaddy have it because you use it as one of the contact emails for a domain registration? If so, that probably answers your question: the whois database is freely available, and spammers mine it to find addresses (since they're pretty much known-good). This is exactly why GoDaddy (among others) offers private whois listings.

system that would have that would be 1) wanadoo.fr and 2) GoDaddy

I think I'll check into this webmail thing...it could be handy.  Is is
