Hi Dudi,

depends on what you call simple.

I have posted a patch recently (http://www.mail-archive.com/web-cyradm%40web-cyradm.org/msg00263.html) which introduces a driver like concept for authentication backends. If you know some PHP you should be able to write a sasldb driver and integrate it. If you find the time, please post it. Maybe it will some day make it into the software.

Regards,
Torsten

Web-cyradm doesn't use the sasldb to store usernames and passwords. You
will have to use pam_mysql for authenticating users. A HowTo can be found on
the web-cyradm homepage.

Web-cyradm does not have to use sasldb, I just need a way to run saslpasswd2
every time web-cyradm runs cyradm to create a new user.

Is there a simple way of doing this?

TIA

D.
