Groups are created voluntary by the community. If somebody create a new group wherever. Just have to report the link to Massimo to be included in /usergroups page.
Is it important to create a google group because the mainsite just has the ability to fetch rss on google. Or, somebody have to patch feeds_reader.py on examples app. Including the reader for Yahoo or another kind of group. Are you french? So if the group does not exists yet.
