For me Enterprise means:
- easy to use (low startup costs)
- always backward compatible (worth the investment)
- enterprise = business + non-profit; enterprise != large bloated
bussiness

I do not disagree with your definition: "pragmatic, agile and
extensible web framework for fast development".
