I posted the same thing a mouth ago! ;-) I took some time to test jutdahelpdesk but didn't succeed to make it works cause of my weak knowledge of Dango and the time I give myself to make it works...
If you make it works, I would be really interrested in a howto... Also, I ask web2py core dev for a feature that could enable app users to send by email the ticket they could received... Since that web2py already has a ticket system this seems to me the only missing thing to have a rudimentary help desk... With the email feature I could be informed in real time about an app defect. Someone could just developped a Jutdahelpdesk clone!!
