I just added the Apple Calender Server to the Demo, and it has the same issue: Not possible to edit events without error screen.
It works fine with Sunbird, but on webical it doesnt't - unfortunately. How did you make it work? Offtopic: Did you get the free/busy screen working with Sunbird and Apple?
