[CSS Calc] Pow uses WTF_MAKE_STRUCT_TZONE_ALLOCATED(Atan2) instead of (Pow)

The Pow struct in StyleCalculationTree.h declared its TZONE allocation
with WTF_MAKE_STRUCT_TZONE_ALLOCATED(Atan2), a copy-paste from the
preceding Atan2 struct. Correct it to (Pow) to match the struct and the
already-correct WTF_MAKE_STRUCT_TZONE_ALLOCATED_IMPL(Pow) in the
implementation file.
