[libpas] Fix fastMallocSize in presence of MTE

Reviewed by Dan Hecht.
The previous patch 322175@main enabled the second tagged_bmalloc_heap,
meaning that libpas allocations can be served from different pas heap
configs when MTE is enabled. fastMallocSize was not updated to
accomodate this, breaking consumers like sqlite in certain scenarios.
Tested via testBmallocMallocSizeAcrossHeaps in libpas tests
