HI
One more problem I noticed just now-
The above points to the Webkit repo in SVN, and not the webkitGTK repo. So how do I get the code from SVN? Also is it sufficient to get the release tarball available at the site? Because I cannot run the command in Step2 -
Download and build all JHBuild modules:
$ Tools/Scripts/update-webkitgtk-libs
The command cannot run in the code in the release tarball because there is no folder "Scripts" within it. Hence the code from SVN is required.
Yours sincerely,
Arvind.

Hello again Berto,The problem is not that I want to remove some features- I want to build Webkit GTK with all its features intact- but how will that happen when some packages are not there in Debian Stretch? (Only in Sid or Buster)?Yours sincerely,Arvind.09.05.2019, 06:09, "Arvind Arvind Pro" <arvind_...@arvind.pro>:,Hi,I just did not think about the RAM Requirements/ only now I read the Webkit build instructions and saw that 16GB RAM is required. I will switch building Webkit to a 6GB RAM laptop that I have with me.Also, can you help me with the last query that I posted? That some packages are only there in Debian Sid or Buster( and not the currently popular ones Stretch or Wheezy)? And I cannot just add the Sid or Buster repos (as I wrote in my last message) to Debian Stretch?Thank you for your reply.Yours sincerely,Arvind.08.05.2019, 20:41, "Philippe Normand" <ph...@igalia.com>:Hi,
Can you give some context? Why are you trying to build WebKitGTK on
Raspbian?
A native build (without cross-compilation) is likely to fail on RPi
platforms anyway, due to the limited amount of RAM. CPU is also likely
to be a bottleneck, unless you want to wait days for the build to
complete.

I am trying to run the following command to build dependencies-

The detailed error is given below. If someone can help me fix this I
would be extremely grateful.
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:

5 is to be installed

Depends: nettle-dev but it is not going to be

libtasn1-6-dev : Depends: libtasn1-6 (= 4.10-1.1+deb9u1) but 4.13-3

Recommends: libtasn1-doc (= 4.10-1.1+deb9u1) but it
