One thing I can think of that we'd gain from dropping support of Qt4 in
trunk: we wouldn't have to keep the same layout tests results for Qt5/WK1
and Qt4, which means the ability to cleanup the hacks in the testfonts repo
which are becoming more and more unmaintainable.

Other than that, i don't think we *need* to remove all the Qt4 specific
bits and pieces right away. We still have some 4.6 specific ifdefs in there
after all (or at least we did not that long ago)
