I think this is identified below as "ErrorDocument 404 /error.html "- it is certainly the text I have edited and the entry setup in ServerAdmin.

This looks a bit weird: the /wa at the end should be /wa/default or something, no? What is the name of the direct action you want to use? Can you access it directly?
