just include wotaskd.woa javamonitor.jar and the javamonitor.jar from
the JavaMonitor.framework in you .woa wrapper and write a start
script to start them up before your app
you can use the CLSPATH.TXT file to point to the frameworks embedded
in your application so all the jars can be found
good
luck

Question for you on this, since I am not big on understanding how
to deploy WO apps in various scenarios, perhaps you might know.
Assume I have no control of the deployment machines (Windows).
I will need to install WebObjects.exe or WebObjects.dll in the "cgi-
bin" directory of the webserver, I am not sure if it will be IIS or
Apache.
So far this I know.
Now its unlikely that I am going to be able to install WebObjects
on the appserver, therefore I will not have a running wotaskd to
point Monitor to.
Since my app is self containd, i.e. it has all the support
framworks embedded in the .woa wrapper, I will not need WebObjects
installed to support it, it will run on any machine (in this case
Windows) that has a JVM of 1.4 or greater installed.
How would I "tell" the WebObjects adapter on the WebServer to
"point" to my app instances?
I assume I would probably have to create some kind of "deployment
descriptor" that the adapter would consult to do the right thing.
I have read the WO deployment docs but its not really clear if this
scenario is supported.
