A bit more detail please.
What version of WO are you using?
Are you using Wonder?
Are you overriding the default character set in your code?
What character encoding issues are you seeing exactly?
What steps are required to reproduce the problem?
The latest nightly doesn't create a woo file if the encoding is UTF-8
as this is supposed to be the default charset WO uses when non exists.
