We need to know how much is needed, when it's > needed by, and how to get it to the association. I’m not done yet, but a quicky: - We have $19,604.89 in the bank - Still need to pay $17,435.38 for WOWODC 2014 - Shopify and FreshBooks for the remaining year: $348.52 - iWeb (hosting provider) bill (June 30th): ~ $900 - Sale taxes to pay back to governments: $167 - MasterCard payment (I pay the iWeb, FreshBooks and Shopify bills on my MC): $596 (this is excluding the amount of future months) So a « profit » of... $157.99. And we will need someone to prepare the income taxes report, which will probably cost ~ $350, which mean we will be $150 in the red. As for the server, we need: - At least 6 GB of RAM. - At least 250 GB of disk space, in RAID 1 (I wouldn’t never run a server without RAID-1, 5 or 10). We have two 500 GB right now. - 500 GB of bandwidth per month (those podcasts…). The current server have a limit of 20 TB per month. - Linux if possible (I really don’t understand why people deploy on OS X). - 100 Mbps port. We can keep iWeb and switch to a new server while saving $350 on the next bill. _______________________________________________ Do not post admin requests to the list. They will be ignored.
