Last thing I saw related to this is the IBM Kitura framework: https://github.com/IBM-Swift/Kitura <https://github.com/IBM-Swift/Kitura> for code, http://www.kitura.io <http://www.kitura.io/> for info. Looks great by looking at the website, but I’ve never tried it.
