I asked the boo folks to go through the logs and they said there was a 
service interruption on 8/11 that caused the nightly update to fail.

They did manual refresh, so let me know if that fixes the issue you are 
seeing. If not, send me a list of some of the bugs that are not synced 
up and I will investigate further.

We are also trying to find a way to set a periodic refresh of all the bugs.
