Note that making "Nevada" == "onnv" will confuse people looking for the sources
to the 80% of Nevada that's outside the ON gate - "Nevada" is the code name for
the entire WOS, of which ONNV is just one of over a dozen consolidations, each
with their own Nevada gate, like SFWNV, X_NV, the Nevada branch of the JDS
Subversion repo, etc.
