Stephen,

I have already asked Bonnie for clarification on how this change came 
about.  I'd like to understand if the blatant disregard is 
unintentional, misguided, accidental or just plain arrogant -- I'm 
trying to give her (and others?) the benefit of the doubt.  I'd like to 
give her a day or so to respond, and I'll be more than happy to bring 
this up to the OGB myself with some facts in hand.

I completely concur that this is a violation of the agreements that were 
made between many parties, Mr. Cramer included.  I am astounded that the 
memory here is so short for folks.  November, 2007 was a banner month 
for ill-will generation and negative press for this "community".

Honestly, though, what's the remediation?  I mean, really?  It's become 
the *other* elephant in the room.
