I'm willing to say the first and second times were either unintentional, 
misguided, or accidental.  But the third time something happens I'm 
inclined to believe whoever making the decision up high is either 
arrogant or stupid.

We escalate to the OGB where it is either removed, or escalated to Sun 
via the OGB liason (Vincent Murphy, since Tim Cramer has left) where 
they can disband the OGB and its illusion of any sort of control.
