Sure you can.  As part of the 'sac' group, you have write permission
on the directory, so you can remove and relink files, even read-only
ones.

The minutes sometimes have 'confidential' data, such as internal
telephone numbers.  Be careful with them.

I think omitting them from the case archives is usually fairly
harmless, and not something I'd get upset about.  Omitting the 'mail'
log or the 'opinion' or 'issues' files *would* be a much more serious
matter.
