yah, I'll digest this thread a bit and write up an implementation plan
that describes the various actions we need to take with infrastructure
(create, archive, EOL, etc), and also I'll try to reconcile the various
documents we have on the site to help reduce confusion (at least by
putting things in context with pointers). Shouldn't be too difficult.
Will do it over the next couple of weeks and we can talk about it on
website-discuss.
