" for instance, is currently "Om een SCA te registreren, mogen niet-Sun werknemers een SCA indienen.". The term "mogen" in Dutch suggests having an option, while there is no option here. The correct Dutch translation would be "Om een SCA te registreren, moeten niet-Sun werknemers een SCA indienen."
