Hi gang -
Anyone know who ran the IRC bot to count quorum for last
year's OGB election? We will need something similar for
the annual meeting starting on Thursday.
We need it to both count quorum and make a log of the
meeting.
bcc'ed a few folks from previous OGBs that might know the
answer as well :)
