We know there have been numerous attempts and efforts to change the current situation in which you are lacking time to effectively handle the work load and implement the improvements timely. We all know for years they are needed. Attempts including funds, offerings and probably numerous things that happened out of sight for me. Without effect until now. In this light, I think your comment is rather unfortunate.
