In case you don't know this, though, UserKit is in an incomplete state and hasn't really been worked on in two years. It's possible that these tests have _NEVER_ passed. In the documentation, UserKit is clearly marked as pre-alpha, so this should be clear to users. As it seems unlikely (after two years) that Chuck or anyone else will ever continue work on UserKit, I think we should actually consider removing UserKit -- this decision may not take place any time soon, though.
