what happens if you run as a daemon and do not monitor the output via ssh? Looks like a processor/Linux issue rather than a weewx problem though - since the last log entry was 1038 - not 1100 - although you still had loop records at 1100.
Have you tried without the forecast module enabled - just to try and isolate the problem if it is within weewx?
