I have now changed the time in weewx.conf to 1800 sec=30 minutes and WMR300 
to 15 minutes (WMR300 can only select storage frequency to 1 minute, 5 
minutes, 15 minutes and 60 minutes). We wait for results in an hour and 
then see.
