Gary,
WU expects you to upload Sea Level Pressure. The best that is an
equivalence to is Relative pressure if the station has been properly
calibrated.

The Customized upload in WU format only includes baromin. It is only when
you use Ecowitt format that you see baromrelin and baromabsin.
