We have seen this a few times. Things to try: 1. Try unplugging the logger, then plugging it back in.
2. If that doesn't work, try purging "modemmanager": *sudo apt purge modemmanager* 3. If that doesn't work, try clearing the logger memory <http://www.weewx.com/docs/hardware.htm#vantage_clear_console_memory>. If that doesn't work, let us know, but this time include more of the log, and please do not use a screenshot. See the wiki article *Help!
