Hi Vince,
Not quite solved. It still fails to start after reboot. I think I solved it 
before by adding a line somewhere.

I have this in my notes:

Wait for network before startup:
Add $network to # Required-Start

I can't remember where I placed this before or if there's a better way to 
delay weewx start until the network is ready.

Any suggestions?
