Nic pic, Phil. As it happens, I travelled on this bus at the end of last week, from Cwmbran to Cardiff. I’d not seen it around before, until it pulled into the stop.
Alas, I felt every single bump and undulation of the road all the way down – very uncomfortable trip. And rattling like hell. Quite airy and roomy inside, if a bit sparse and utilitarian (lots of screw holes in the inside coving panels where presumably advertising frames have been removed) and the seat belts hinted at its other life as a school bus. And that, really, is all it should be used for. A few of us commented at how bad the ride was. Ouch.
