Purely as an observer, sat on the bench adjacent to the Library and a storm
drain , on the approach to Blackwood Bus Station, I noticed that as 21138's
front nearside wheel passed over the storm drain, it sent quite a violent
vibration throughout the vehicle in comparison to all the other vehicles that
passed me. As 21138 was on the staff shuttle it passed me on many occasions.

Having traveled to Cardiff on a regular basis from Cwmbran. As for ride comfort
and rattling dont you think you should pass on your comments to Cardiff City
council on all roads leading into Cardiff esp on the X3 route , As the road are
diabolical for a leading capital European city ...

Nic pic, Phil.

As it happens, I travelled on this
bus at the end of last week, from Cwmbran to Cardiff. I’d not seen it around
before, until it pulled into the stop.

Alas, I felt every single bump and
undulation of the road all the way down – very uncomfortable trip. And rattling
like hell. Quite airy and roomy inside, if a bit sparse and utilitarian (lots
of
screw holes in the inside coving panels where presumably advertising frames
have
been removed) and the seat belts hinted at its other life as a school
bus.

And that, really, is all it should be
used for. A few of us commented at how bad the ride was. Ouch.
