Details:

there is two wmlscope installed each one has an installation problem :
- one under {datadir}/data/tools
This one works, but have its executable rights disabled...
- one under bin/
That one doesn't seems to find his wmltools python package
ImportError: No module named wmltools

(tested with an installation with the following configure options :
./configure --prefix={$HOME} --program-suffix=-1.3.3
--with-preferences-dir=.wesnoth-1.3 --enable-server --enable-campaign-server
--enable-editor --enable-tools --with-server-uid=2000 --with-server-gid=100
--with-datadir-name=wesnoth-1.3.3 )

Do i need to set an environement variable to help python to find its package
?
