Follow-up Comment #3, bug #14830 (project wesnoth):
Unfortunately, the screenshot is useless since it only tells that Wesnoth
crashed. Please look somewhere else for the error message; I believe Wesnoth
creates a stderr.log file on Windows, so the error message may be at the end
of it.
