Details:
The circunstances can be done to happen that first, orcs capture an elf and
"get answers" from him/her (then kill him/her), and later they find another
elf and get surprised by their whole presence (elves one) and ask elves to
tell them (orcs) why are they there (something orcs already know), and when
the second elf say nothing about it, orcs say they'll have to capture one of
them to get answers, which they already did.
In the savegame I uploaded this can be seen. You just need to kill the elf in
front of your hero, and then discover more territory at south with some units
until you find another elf.
