It's not actually bug, but please change string number 131 in the
{wesnoth}\projectfiles\VC9\readme.txt file from
More? --prefix="C:\projects\Boost\" install
to the
More? --prefix="C:\projects\Boost" install
I now it's trifle but I spent a lot of time to understand this.
