We require detailed step-by-step guides.
If I get this right, you want it so that the center of the visible map part
is always where the cursor is. (That's sort of a description I require of
you.) That's feature request and not a bug, and it doesn't make sense IMHO -
it would create lots of unneccessaey srolling which is disturbing in gameplay
and slows down.
