Details:

- Added two helper functions in ai/lua/core.cpp (less code duplication)
- Replaced duplicated code with helper function calls

- Added a function in ai/lua/core.cpp 
- Added a line, that registers the new function with the Lua AI engine 

Now we can call ai:get_aggression() from Lua, to get the aggression. 
Tested in lua_ai scenario, seemed to work fine.
