Solves bugs #18599 <https://gna.org/bugs/?18599> & #18600
<https://gna.org/bugs/?18600>

All it took was moving the code for
// Resolves the "random faction", "random gender" and "random message"

before the shuffle sides code in
void connect::start_game()

Makes more sense to resolve randoms before shuffling.

Is there some reason I'm missing that shuffling was done first originally?
