Hi,

Thanks for the patch. However, as we discussed on IRC in two opportunities,
this patch only solves one specific case that leads to undefined behavior,
which occurs during initialization of the replay controller. There's more ways
for UB to trigger later due to unexpected game_display::draw() calls which can
even be triggered by WML actions.

I'm committing a proper fix later; that should cover every possible case by
simply not storing pointers to theme UI buttons for longer than a function
call.
