Follow-up Comment #13, patch #3176 (project wesnoth):

OK, changed the tags to Anonymissimus' lift_fog/reset_fog format in comment
#11. The latest patch (keep-fog-clear-final) supersedes both keep-fog-clear
and wml-fog, and is the patch to use (assuming there are no other issues).

Well, I do know of one other issue. If you manually save a game in the middle
of a turn, loading that save loses the information about which hexes were seen
earlier in that turn. This is not an issue for start-of-turn saves (e.g.
auto-saves), and I think it is an independent enough issue to be treated
separately (a follow-up patch?), once the main functionality is in place. At
the very least, this does not cause a loss of functionality compared to the
current game.
