Details:
When I try to remove an addon after using it (e.g., deciding I don't like the
campaign, giving up on an MP era, or whatever), the attempt generally fails.
Just now I tried deleting the addon folder in Windows Explorer, and that also
failed, because Wesnoth still had the addon's main.cfg locked (closing Wesnoth
and retrying naturally worked).
