Details:

Side turn end events are useful for a lot of possible UMC game mechanics. It
would be a boon to be able to use random, persistent variables, and
wesnoth.synchronize_choice in them.

(I actually have use cases for all three of those. Random can be worked around
by using the following side_turn event instead, but the others can't - at
least, not short of using [disallow_end_turn] to replace regular turn ends
with a custom menu-item that invokes [end_turn].)
