Follow-up Comment #1, bug #23260 (project wesnoth):
I support this request for recall menu. In my add on, I am giving an
"informative" trait. This trait named "trained" have info about buffs chosen
from a random pool, and user have no clue wich beneficts provide without using
tooltip. As tooltip is not available in recall menu, he has no info about
buffs attached to each unit while recalling.
