Summary: Load game dialogue does not show file summary for

Not sure what is going on here... This does not appear to happen on Linux nor
1.12, only specifically on 1.13.x on Windows and only for certain languages.
In the small sample I've attached, the German and English language dialogues
show the summary for a save game, but the Spanish and French ones do not. The
actual content of the translations directory does not appear to make a
difference because when I remove it the same thing happens (albeit with
non-translated text of course).
Does anyone have a clue what's going on?
